Jugal Mundra
Founder & CEO
Jugal started Dreamshaala in September 2022 to provide equal opportunities to talented children in rural India. Jugal's journey in the education spcae began in 2021 with Rocket Learning, a leading edtech NGO, to lead their Uttar Pradesh operations. Jugal has worked with Government systems vis-a-vis education sector and has travelled extensively in rural India.
Prior to joining the education space, he has worked at Khaitan & Co, India's top law firm and PwC, a leading services MNC. By qualification, Jugal is a rank-holder Chartered Accountant as well as lawyer and he obtained his bachelors degree from Narsee Monjee College, Mumbai.
Vimlesh Kumar
Field Manager, Lakhimpur
Vimlesh leads our field operations in Lakhimpur Kheri district, Uttar Pradesh. He has first-hand experience of education inequity in rural India and works tirelessly to spread awareness about various Government schemes for meritorious students. He has been associated with the organisation since its inception and played a key role in establishing our coaching centres across Lakhimpur Kheri.
Vimlesh has a bachelors degree in commerce.
Shubham Kumar Maurya
Field Manager, Lucknow-Unnao
Shubham leads our field operations in Lucknow and Unnao district of Uttar Pradesh. Shubham has volunteered at various educational non-profits in the past and is committed to the cause of quality education for all kids, irrespective of their financial background.
Vimlesh has a bachelors degree in commerce and is also pursuing a bachelors in law.
